Ventakesh Roddam - CEO, Reliance MediaWorks Ltd

After working in the Banking and IT/ITeS sectors for over  26 years, Venkatesh Roddam is now the Chief Executive Officer of Reliance MediaWorks Limited. He watches over Reliance MediaWorks’ multiple verticals including BIG Cinemas and RMW’s film and media services. Venkatesh was also responsible for RMW’s acquisition of post-production assets from Digital Domain, a legendary Hollywood studio, along with China’s Galloping Horse.

Kamal Gianchandani

Kamal Gianchandani-President, PVR Pictures

With a background in the range of new media, film financing, co-production, distribution, licensing, syndication, film exhibition and multiplex operations positions, Kamal is currently the President of PVR Pictures. Prior to his current stint, Kamal worked with Reliance Big Pictures and BIGFlix. He commenced his professional career in 1995 with PVR Cinemas.

Ekta Kapoor

Ekta Kapoor - Joint Managing Director and Creative Director, Balaji Telefilms

She needs no introduction. As the Joint Managing Director and Creative Director of Balaji Telefilms, the largest television production house in South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, Ekta is rightly the reigning queen of the Indian Television Industry. Apart from Television, her company has also given the film industry some of its biggest hits like The Dirty Picture, Lootera and Shootout at Lokhandwala amongst others.

Siddharth Roy Kapur

Siddharth Roy Kapur - Managing Director, Walt Disney Company India

Siddharth has been working with UTV since 2005, when he first joined them as Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications, Siddharth led the marketing efforts behind the cult classic Rang De Basanti, which started new trends in the way movies are marketed in India. After the integration of UTV into The Walt Disney Company India, Siddharth took on the role of Managing Director for the studio business. Early this year, Siddharth became the Managing Director of The Walt Disney Company India. He is now responsible for all the businesses and operations of the company in India including Studios, Consumer Products, Media Networks and Interactive.

Ritesh Sidhwani

Ritesh Sidhwani - Co-owner, Excel Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

After a short stint in his family-run business, Ritesh decided to start a film production company with his age-old friend, Farhan Akhtar. The first film they worked on together was Dil Chahta Hai in 2001. Ever since, the duo has done exceptionally well, giving the industry some massive hits like Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobara.

Raghav Bahl

Raghav Bahl - Managing Director, Network18 group

With over 22 years of experience in television and journalism, Raghav is responsible for directing most of the work of TV-18 and channels like CNBC-Awaaz, Nickelodeon and Colors.  Raghav founded TV18 (now Network18 Group) in the year 1993. Raghav has been instrumental in crafting successful joint ventures with media giants like CNBC, NBC Universal, Viacom, Time Warner, Forbes, A&E Networks and GS Homeshopping (Korea).

Dhilin Mehta

Dhilin Mehta - Executive Director, Ashtavinayak Cine Vision

Dhilin is the Chief Executive Officer of Ashtavinayak Cine Vision. Dhilin oversees the entire operations of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision and is responsible for the day-to-day operations. Dhilin has been associated with Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision since the early 2000’s. Dhilin is responsible for the company’s bigger ventures in production and distribution like Golmaal, Rockstar, Dabaang, etc.

Dinesh Vijan

Dinesh vijan - Co - owner, Illuminati Films

Having co – founded Illuminati Films in 2009 with Saif Ali Khan, Dinesh Vijan is one of the most sought after people from the Bollywood fraternity. The first movie supported by the banner was Being Cyrus, after which Dinesh contributed to the success of films like Love Aaj Kal, Cocktail, etc.

Taurani Brothers

Taurani Brothers -

Tips Industries, owned by brothers Ramesh S Taurani and Kumar S Taurani is synonymous with Bollywood music. The firm which started off with music production is now also in films.  It has the highest number of gold and platinum discs to their credit in comparison with any other record label in India. Both the brothers, have been producing films since 1996 the last one of the lot being Phata Posted Nikla Hero.

Siddhartha Basu

Siddhartha Basu - Chairman and Managing Director, Big Synergy Media Ltd

Starting in 1977 as a documentary film maker and directing TV programs, in 1985 Siddhartha Basu became a quiz show host in 1985, which set the ball rolling and gave him the title of “Father of television quiz shows in India”. Currently he is the Chairman and Managing Director of Big Synergy Media Ltd., the producer of reality shows like Kaun Bange Crorepati, Jhakal Dikhla Jaa, etc.
