Purvi Shah is the Head of Sales and Marketing at AISFM. With 15 years of diversified experience across a range of industry verticals both B2B and B2C, she currently manages Marketing, Sales, Industry relations and Placements at AISFM. She is a graduate in Computer Science Engineering. A hard core sales professional with a ‘go-get’ attitude, she is always motivating the team towards achieving the targets and is a genuine influencer.
Her Leadership, strategy and team management comes from her earlier roles at APTECH and Teamlease. Before stepping into the corporate arena, she was an entrepreneur for 8 years, for her start-ups in India and US.
She is eternal optimist with a stubborn perseverance, fast-paced, self-starter, keen-observer and a quick-learner.
Varunan Balasubramaniam, preferred to be called as Varunan, is the Associate Dean – Academic Administration at Annapurna International School of Film + Media. With 16 years’ experience as an academician and an entrepreneur, his forte has been into academic management, international university liaison, client management, designing and developing new curriculum in the field of Design & Media.
His other portfolios include him being a subject lead and campus head at ICAT Design & Media College, Hyderabad. He also Heads the Department of Animation Program across all their three campuses (Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad).
He is Masters in Financial Management from Pondicherry University and has his certifications from National Skill Development Council, Indian Design Council and Birmingham City University.
His research interests are in the field of Creative education, Design thinking, Augmented reality, Virtual reality and Innovation. As a distinguished public speaker he had conducted creative education seminars in various schools and colleges across India and has presented his research papers at international conferences on how creativity & Design thinking is important for the younger generation.
